We also have services to make your stay more comfortable such as laundry service, breakfast buffet from 7.30 am to 10.30 am, and safety box included in the rooms, so security is not a problem during your travel.

The whole building is adapted for people with reduced mobility, to ensure that any architectural barrier cannot stop you from enjoying our amazing facilities.

• Warranty policy
All passengers must pay a guarantee of one night at the time of check in that will be charged with a retention to the credit card or cash in case of damage to the infrastructure, stains on linen, and failure to not smoke inside the room. The guarantee will be returned at the time of check out and in case the damages exceed the value of the guarantee charged, you will have to pay the difference.

• No-Show Policies:
If the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, one night's accommodation will be charged.

• Non-Smoking Hotel:
Fine of USD 30 for violating Law No. 20,660, in force in Chile.

• Pets
It is becoming more and more common to travel with our pets that is why at Tempo Rent hotel pets are allowed in special cases with some conditions:
- Pets are allowed on request
- Only one pet is allowed per room, maximum weight 10 kilos
- A guarantee of 100 usd must be left for possible damages

• Security politics:
All rooms have a safe. The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• Early departures
In the case of early departures, the hotel will not be responsible for refunds.

• Late Check Out:
If the guest leaves the room after the appointed time (noon), 50% of the rate will be charged
